The modular electrostatic precipitator (ESP) cell delivers high-efficiency particulate, grease, and smoke filtration for commercial HVAC air handlers, kitchen range hoods, and industrial exhaust scrubbers. Featuring a rugged stainless steel chassis and precision-spaced aviation-grade aluminum collector plates, it captures airborne particulates down to 0.01 μm with an ultra-low airflow drag (< 25 Pa). 100% washable and reusable with standard degreasers, it eliminates recurring HEPA replacement costs while providing scalable airflow coverage from 80 m³/h up to 3500 m³/h per bank. Compatible with KINYO dual-output high-voltage power supplies (+8 kVDC / +4 kVDC).

Ionizer stage charges airborne dust, fumes, and bacteria with high-voltage corona; secondary collection stage captures charged particulates onto grounded plates.
